She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin and Lottie Ann Kuhens (Stephens); her husband Merril William Glew; her siblings, Margaret Shepherd and Robert Kuhens; her nephews, Kenny Larson, Curt Larson and Charles Glew; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Glew, Delbert Glew and Norma Glew.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Glew (Denise) of Oelwein, William Glew (Laura) of DeSoto, Wisconsin and Barbara Hesse (Lonny) of Fairbank; her grandchildren, Zachary Glew (Christina), Ziana Glew, Keith Hesse (Karen), Kyle Hesse (Cassy), Kory Hesse (Courtney), James Burrows (Rhea), Jean Burrows and Kyle Burrows (Michele); and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Glew of Ackley and Edith Kuhens of Oelwein. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed in her name to the Maynard American Legion Auxiliary or Cedar Valley Hospice.
