He was predeceased by: his parents, Gussford Hay and Dorothy Hay (Hennick); and his sister Sharon Hay. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frost of Mingo; his son Thomas; his daughter-in-law Shonda Hay of Maxwell; his daughters, Julie (Chad Sparks) and Tedi (Terry Davis); his grandchildren, Emma Hay, Cody Hay and Landon Sparks; and his sister Sandy Tanberg.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Graham Cemetery and/or to the Collins Fire and Rescue.
