Gary Lee Minear Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Lee Minear of Maxwell, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on January 12, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore L. Minear and Kathleen Minear (Clark); and his brother David Minear. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Rae Kahler; his children, Brian Minear (Christi) of Nevada and Jamie Frame (Brian) of Ames; his grandchildren, Cody, Jenn Jones of Ames, Seth Frame, Lauren Parker of Fremont, Cameron Haddock of Nevada and Jonny Minear of Nevada; his great grandchildren, Sydney Jones and Connor Jones of Ames; and his siblings, Deb Minear Ness (Paul) of Maxwell and Theodore R. Minear of Melbourne, Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
