He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe McKinley and Cora Vore (Levering); his former spouse Beverly Jean Hoefling; his wife Lois Frieda Holtdorf (Johnson); his stepdaughter Kristi Holtdorf; and his siblings, Clarence Vore and Erma Besett.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Debra Vore), Curtis (Lori Vore), Todd (Laurie Vore), Larry (Brenda Vore) and Kerri Jo (Robert Buckley) of Orange City; his stepdaughter Barb (Leon Vanden Berg) of Silver Springs, Maryland; his grandchildren, Jason Vore, Spencer Vore (Emily), Quinton Vore, Preston Vore, Justin Vore (Michelle), Tasha Vore, Joseph Vore, Christopher Vore, Timothy Vore, Larry Vore, Joshua Vore, Kenton Vore and Katherine; and his great grandchildren, Theo, Treyton, Abbi, Alex, Camden, Alyssa and Wyatt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
