With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester Redman of Maurice, Iowa, born in Leon, Iowa, who passed away on August 10, 2021 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chester Redman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Maurice Chester and Elizabeth Ethel (McMorris); and his brother Kenny Redman. He is survived by : his wife Rowena Williams; his niece Amy Peca (Joe); his great-nephews, Joseph of Cadiz, Kentucky and Isaac Peca of Cadiz, Kentucky; his nephew Ryan Redman (Maria) of Arlington, Virginia; his sister-in-law Donna Redman of Frankford, Delaware; and his uncle Don Redman of Leon, Iowa. He is also survived by many cousins; and other relatives and many, many friends.

At the time of his death he was sitting on the boards of Parkview Low Rent Housing, the Central Decatur School Foundation, and Home-Instead Elderly Housing.
