He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Te Grotenhuis (De Jong) of Orange City; his sons, Travis (Courtney Te Grotenhuis) and Tyler (Breanne Te Grotenhuis); his grandchildren, Emmitt and Clara; his sisters, Brenda Kelley of Orange City and Donna (Dan Hagan) of Kingsley; his niece Abby (Cody Klaschen); and his nephew Jake (Mary Hagan).
Memorials will be directed to the Midwest Honor Flight.
