With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard DeVore of Massena, Iowa, born in Creston, Iowa, who passed away on June 3, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Richard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry DeVore and Loretta Verlee DeVore. He is survived by: his children, Jason, Allison, Danny and Kelli; and his grandchildren, Audrianna, Madyson, Morgan and Sydney.
