He is survived by: his wife Carole McMullen of Massena; his stepson Benjamin Johnson; and his siblings, Tom McMullen of Irwin, IA, Bob McMullen of LaPlace, LA, Steve McMullen of Shenandoah Valley, VA, Irene Bywater of St. George, UT, Sarah Anderson of Dahinda, IL and Deadra Erickson of Lorimor, Iowa.. He is also survived by three step grandchildren.
