She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Shields and Norma Shields (Wickey); her husband Kenny; her son Douglas; her parents-in-law, Robert and Mary Waters; and her siblings-in-law, Vernon Coffman, Richard Kill, Jerry Waters, Raymond Waters and Nancy Waters.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Waters-Parks (Doug) of Bellevue, NE, Gloria Waters (Brett Nuzum) of Winterset, Susan Agnew (Phil Casey) of Corning, Steven Waters of Massena and Dan Waters (Christine Walton) of Massena; her sisters, Pam Coffin of Ely, MN, Cindy Haug (Lee) of New Market and Debra Barelos (George) of Council Bluffs; and her sisters-in-law, Dolores Waters of Omaha, Jean Coffman of Sheldahl and Joanne Shannon (Don) of Greenfield. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed the Donna Waters memorial fund to be established by the family at a later date.
