He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Fuller and Viola Fuller (Woodward); his granddaughter Tammy Costos; and his siblings, Cecil Jr. and Neola Horn.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fuller; his daughter Debra Buckner; his great great grandchildren, Kayden and Kylie; and his siblings, Dorothy Lavender, Ruth Baack (Robert) and Donald.
