He was predeceased by: his parents, Lars Christian and Laura Madsen. He is survived by: his wife Stella; his daughter Vicki J. Madsen; his grandchildren, Bradley and Stephanie; his daughter Cynthia Runde (Denny); his grandchildren, Dan and Kim; his daughter Christine Kibsgaard (Richard); his granddaughter Destiny; his daughter Claudia James; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Gail and Dalton.
