Moretz of Mason City, Iowa, born in Belmond, Iowa, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Buchanan and Ardith Buchanan (Kinseth); her husband Jim Moretz; her daughters, Robin and Renee; and her brother Alan Buchanan.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda "Mindy" Losoya (Steven), Tammy Bridgman, Chad Jakoubek (Deanne) and Floyd; her stepdaughter Jodi Degner; her grandchildren, Daniel Sellers (Sucely), Joshua Sellers, Dustin Sellers, Jeremy Sellers (Teresa Rodriguez), Dakota Sellers, Andrea Carstens, Zach Jakoubek, Matt Jakoubek, April Bridgman and Anthony Bridgman; her sisters, Jan Dunahoo, Karen Kudla, Pam Keenan (Richard) and Barbara Skellenger (Steve); and her friends, Danny Sellers and Ruth Beery.
