She was predeceased by: her father Lupe Ponce; her husband Everardo Hernandez; and her brother Jimmy Ponce. She is survived by: her mother Victoria Ponce; her children, Nicole Hernandez of Mason City, Manuel Hernandez of Mason City and Savannah Esser of Mason City; and her grandchildren, Antonio Hernandez, Diego Hernandez, Hannah Esser and Celia Esser. She is also survived by eleven siblings and many nieces, nephews.
