It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vere Eugene Kelly (Mason City, Iowa), born in Ames, Iowa, who passed away on March 17, 2019, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh and Verlie; and his siblings, Dorothy Sprinkle, Vivian Bell, Parnell, Hugh, Robert "Bob" and Leland Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Rose; his daughters, Gina M. Price (Randy) of South Carolina and Lynda A. DiMarco (Paul) of Waverly; his grandchildren, Michael DiMarco (Holly) and Nicholas DiMarco; his stepgrandchild Huston Price (Courtney); his son Grant; his brother Larry Kelly (Jan) of Mason City; and his sister-in-law Lois Kelly of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
