He is survived by: his parents, Tony Green and Michele Green (Kuppinger); his sisters, Leah Holder (James), Heather Connor (Tierney), Jessica Aukes (Jeff), Meghan Thompson and Beth Green (Jayme); his nieces and nephews, Dominic, Quentin, Macie, Harper Holder, Ryley, Jasper Alvarez, Zoey, Chloey, Christopher, Harley Aukes, Charlotte, Paisleigh Cobeen, Anthony and Lucinda Thompson; his grandparents, Harold and Rose Kuppinger; his uncles, Mike Kuppinger (Tammy), Matt Kuppinger (Jen), Jeff Green, Christopher Anderson, Matt Green and John Green (Rachel); and his aunt Melinda Kelly.
