He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Slocum and Shirley Slocum (Schumacher). He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Slocum (Missy), Jodi Warner (Greg) and Gina Boehmer (Tom); and his cousin Andy Ubben. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pit Row.
