She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hansen and Garnet Hansen (Pierce); her daughter-in-law Eunice Follmuth; her siblings, Janyce, Martin and Lawrence; her brothers-in-law, Jim Follmuth and Ron Ingel; and her great grandchild Wesley.
She is survived by: her friend Homer; her husband Jack Follmuth; her sons, John Follmuth (Sharri), Edward Follmuth (Lori) and Jeffrey Follmuth (Tami); her grandchildren, Jessica, Jaylee (Dustin), Steven (Amy), Miranda (Brad), Stephanie (John), Jera Lee and Dustin (Ali); her great grandchildren, Austin, Willow, Juniper, Thomas, Emmalee, Finley, Dylann, Vinalee, Payton and Parker; her siblings, Alan Hansen and Garnet Roney; and her siblings-in-law, Fanny Hansen, Barb Brandau, Bob and Roy.
In lieu of flowers and customary remembrances, memorials may be left in Rita's honor to Hospice of North Iowa.
