She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Chizek and Ella Chizek (Buckley); her husband John Stevenson of Patrick's Catholic Church; her son Michael; and her siblings, Virgil Chezik, Kay Pistek, Rosella Daniels and Irene Hiscocks.
She is survived by: her son Kent (Allison); her grandchildren, Hannah (Chris Olson), Nell Wagner (Geoff) and Brett Heimbuch (William); her great grandchildren, Jett, Remi and Griffin; and her sisters, Veronica Lawlor (Bill) and Margie Jano.
Memorials may be directed to Epiphany Parish or Hospice of North Iowa.
