He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Torkelson and Inga Torkelson; his wife Leona Torkelson; his son Robert Torkelson; his granddaughter Lynn Klinner; and his siblings, Melford Torkelson, Hazel Harrison, Evelyn Monahan and Betty Stenerson.
He is survived by: his former wife Leona Price; his children, Mary Ann Torkelson, Carol Ann Johnson (Gary) and Michael Torkelson (Aprille) of Tyler, TX; his grandchildren, Autumn, Richard, David, Dawn, Steven, Casey and Makenzie; and his close friend Linda Jensen. He is also survived by Father, wife, his parents, son and granddaughter.
