He is survived by: his wife Trudy Lee; his sons, Jason Muhlstein (Tami) and Mark Muhlstein (Laura); his grandchildren, Joey, Olivia, Gavin and Mia; his sister Donna Meyer; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Lee (Jyl) and Ed Meyer.
