He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Rottinghaus and Catherine Rottinghaus (Gudenkauf); his daughter Teresa Rae "Terri"; his wife Teresa; his sons, Michael Rottinghaus (Misty) and Patrick Rottinghaus (Susan); his grandchildren, Kelli Housworth (Ben), C. J. Imhoff, Caden Rottinghaus, Kylan Rottinghaus, Shawn Rottinghaus and Alaina Rottinghaus; his son-in-law Forrest Imhoff; his siblings, Roseanne Rottinghaus and Joe Rottinghaus (Dee); and his sister-in-law Dixie Rottinghaus.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, attendees are asked to wear face masks and practice social distancing as able.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be left to Newman Catholic Schools.
