Black (Amanda) of Florida and Shea Black of Forest City; his grandchildren, Elektra, Ethan, Aurelia, Nikki, Jaxxon, Elsa, Tristian and Trinity; his brothers, William "Tom" Black (Stephani) and David Black (Debbie); and his mother-in-law Tracey Phillips.
