She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Alphs and Pearl Alphs (Willert); her husband Stanley Bellard; her sisters, Evelyn Cooper (Gene), Winnie Williams (Ray) and Ann Buchanan (Ted); her siblings-in-law, Janet Alphs and Arthur Smith; and her sister Sharon.

She is survived by: her siblings, Ron Alphs (Ruby) of Kiester, MN., Paul Alphs of Lake Mills, IA., Sandy Steenblock (Doug) of Belmond, IA. and Wanda Fayard (Gary) of Pass Christian, MS; her children, Larry Bellard of Plymouth, IA., Rhonda Bellard of Panora, IA. and Carole Eggerth (Larry) of Mason City, IA.; her grandchildren, Reed Shippy of Richmond, CA., Lauren Bellard of Ames, IA., Reagan Bellard of Plymouth, IA., Andrew Eggerth (Melody), Kristin, Stephanie Huse (Dave) and MaKenzie (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Alex Cullip (Kaitlyn), Ariana, Bladen, Carissa Eggerth of Copperas Cove, TX., Patricio Eggerth of Hilo, HI. and Parker Johnson of Grafton, IA.; and her great great grandchildren, Amelia and Grayson Cullip of Colorado Springs, CO.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
