He was predeceased by: his parents, George Maskarina and Irene Maskarina (Anderson); his stepfather Cy Willier; and his brothers, Mike, James and John.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Kohoutek; his son Tony Maskarina (Keely) of Nashville, TN.; his grandchildren, Mason, Karson, Owen and Maddyn; and his sibling Jean Foley (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as countless friends.
