We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2020, at the age of 88, Norma Lou Helin (Mason City, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bergan and Agnes Bergan (Benson); her husband John Helin; and her grandsons, Ryan Helin, Brian Helin and Billy Benson.

She is survived by: her children, Jack Helin, Dale Helin (Abby), Dolores Rippentrop (Al), Steve Helin (Tracy), Joe Helin (Carm) and Joyce Polsdofer (George); her sister Arlene Keeling; and her sisters-in-law, Muriel Bergan and Lynda Bergan.

In lieu of customary remembrances, memorials may be directed towards MercyOne Hospice of North Iowa, Good Shepherd Care Center, and Epiphany Parish.
