It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Neil L. Hershey of Mason City, Iowa, born in Bristow, Iowa, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hershey and Nita Hershey (Pfaltzgraff); his siblings, Russel Hershey and Sharon Deyoung; and his grandson Josh Hershey.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hershey of Mason City; and his children, Tony Hershey of Ackley, Tina Hershey of Mason City, Dan Hershey (Lynae) of Prior Lake, MN., Jim Hershey of Forest City, Todd Hershey of Cedar Rapids, Kaylene Koerber (Jay) of Mason City and Doug Hershey (Teresa) of Mason City. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family and a charity will be established at a later date.
