He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard D. Cooper and Eliza L. Cooper (Robeson); his siblings, Walt Cooper, Howard Cooper (Delores), Donald "Donnie" Cooper (Virginia), Dorothy Audferhide, Twila Kroneman and Wava Jean; and his great grandchild Reese Widman.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Louise Gallion; his children, Cynthia Friedrich (Larry) of St. Peter, MN, Nancy Widman (Kevin) of Lakewood, WA, Sandra Swyter (Ross) of Britt, IA and Dennis Cooper (Claudia) of Mason City; his grandchildren, Heather Hooper (Dylan), Corey Widman (Kelly), Casey Widman (Courtney), Cristi Widman, Emily Belt (Nate), Hannah Swyter (Landon Dietrich), Wesley Cooper (Felicia), William Cooper (Michelle) and Wyatt Cooper; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Morgan, Rob (Madi), Cammy, Charlotte, Hunter, Amy, Ivy, Norah, Leah, Posey and Porter; his siblings, Charles Cooper (Jan) and Mary Albers (Maynard); and his sister-in-law Virginia Cooper.
