He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlyn Lee and Faye Lee (Gettman); and his sister Marti Kindrick. He is survived by: his sons, James Long (Olivia) and Lee Smith (Christina); his siblings, Mary Wallis and Michael Lee (Mike); and his close friend Susan Heath. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
