She was predeceased by: her mother Minnie Augusta Worley (Weigand); her husband Loren W. Levenhagen; her daughter Lori; her father Clarence Worley; and her siblings, Jerry Winfield, Lola Paulus, Dorothy Paulus and Harold Worley.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Levenhagen, Dianna (George), Randy Levenhagen (Deborah) and Rick Levenhagen (Marilyn); her grandson David Springer (Rebecca) of Pensacola, FL.; her siblings, Bill Worley (Jacky) and Kay Schafer; and her brothers-in-law, Barney Winfield and Lee Levenhagen (Sharon). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
