He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Boyle and Theresa Boyle (Dolan); and his brothers, Francis "Frank" Boyle and Terry Boyle. He is survived by: his wife Rosann Cahalan; his children, Melinda "Mindy", David of Woodridge, IL and Mindy Heinz (Joel); his granddaughters, Natalie and Adeline Heinz; his siblings, Jean Lee of Rochester, MN, Stephan Boyle (Patti) of Hartford, SD, Martha Tygart (Dave), Carol Schrader (Eric) of Carmel, CA. and Sheila Shannon Ventura (Dave Bird); his sister-in-law Carol Boyle; and his mother-in-law Rosemary Cahalan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Epiphany Parish or Newman Catholic School.
