She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlo Reynolds and Lola Reynolds (Hendrickson) of Mason City, IA.; her husband Carroll "Nort" Norcross; her granddaughter Tara Shannon; her siblings, Nancy Haag and Rex Reynolds; and her brother-in-law Rodger Christian.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Norcross (Nancy), Lori Shannon (Bill) and Jeff Norcross (Laura); her grandchildren, Brian Shannon (Amanda), Haley Norcross and Samantha Norcross; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Braylon, Annastyn and Ryleigh Shannon; and her siblings, Howard Reynolds (Shirley), Ardith Christian and Kathy Grant (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great friends.
