It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret G. Schluter (Mason City, Iowa), who passed away on March 30, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Chantrill and Viola Chantrill (Holsclaw); her husband Vernon Schluter; her son Dale; and her brothers, Richard Chantrill and Clyde Chantrill.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Keck of Forest City, Tracia Billman (Les), Jennifer Markle (Stephen), Kevin Lyndon Keck (Ginni), Linda Schluter of Mason City, Mark Lines (Punyawee), Sarah ONeill (Bob), Scott Lines (Bea) and Larry Schluter (Sharon) of Osage, IA; her granddaughters, Janet Hooper (Charles), Teresa Carri Grimes and Michelle Schluter; her children, Myron Schluter (Vicki) of Louisburg, KS, Rachel Lock (Aaron), Matthew Schluter, Randy Schluter (Susan) of Mason City, Nick Schluter (Sarah Jo), Mandy Steckly (Mike), Faye (Mike Tull) of Algona, Kelli, Ben (Lacey) and April Wright; her daughter-in-law Karen Schluter (Roger Hovinga) of Decorah, IA; her children, Travis and Mitch Schluter (Kelsey); and her brother James Chantrill (Roma). She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
