He is survived by: his wife Mary Rick; and his children, Gary Rick (Amy) of Iowa City, Mark Rick of Mason City, Theresa Weaver (Daniel) of Florida, Jean Rick of Humbolt and Lisa Clasen (Craig) of Des Moines. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
