He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hubert Moretz (Rama DeWitt) and Rama Moretz (True) of Mason City, Iowa.; his daughters, Laurie Nash (Anthony) of Iowa City, Iowa and Lisa Tiedeman (Patrick Lamoreux) of San Diego, California; his grandchildren, Laurel Tiedeman, Jackson Nash, Julia Nash and Tracie-Lynn Lamoreux; his siblings, Sherry Despenas and Kim DeWitt (Theresa); his close friend Sandy Zeller; and his siblings, Terry Bonner and David Gene Weitzel.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be directed to St. Croix Hospice.
