He is survived by: his wife Irene Rieman of Mason City; his sons, Brian Schupanitz of Indianola, IA, Bruce Schupanitz (Deborah) of Garner, IA, Bradley Schupanitz of Garner, IA and Brent Schupanitz (Sandra) of Mason City; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Schupanitz, Tiffany Schupanitz, Brandon Schupanitz (Cassandra), Sara Schupanitz, Benjamin Schupanitz, Joshua Schupanitz, Abbigayle Kay (Jason) and Samantha Schupanitz; his great grandchild Bryson Schupanitz; and his sister Margaret Melvin of Waterloo, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
