He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Schmidt of Forest City and Brenda Colson (Roger) of Rockwell; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Colson (Patrick), Jesse Colson (Amy), Mark Johnson, Justin Johnson (Rachel) and Lisa Jutte (Brooke Meowering).
