He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar A. Hollatz and Elizabeth A. Hollatz (Stacy); his son Craig; and his sister Kathryn Marie. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kreuscher; his children, Phillip, Andrew and Rachel; and his grandchildren, Chanse Hollatz, Seth, Addison, Elleigh, Chloe Hollatz, Oscar, Arlo Hollatz and Benson Cassem.
