She is survived by: her mother Patricia Johnson (McCafferty); her husband Gary Hoffmann; her children, Zack, Patrick, Timothy Hoffmann (Hannah) and Joseph Youde (Kyrie); her stepmother Linda Bauder; and her siblings, Russ, Kelly, Karl, Craig and Nick Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
