She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Gallagher and Lillian Gallagher (Hicks); her daughters, Linda, Marcia Pope, Sharon McElwee (Melvin) and Sandy Peck (Victor); her granddaughter Amy Peck Hefty; her siblings, Lola, Ella Mae, Eva, Gladys (Dode), Lillian and Lowell Gallagher (Bobby); and also Rev. Russell E. Pope.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Pope of Mason City; her daughter Lori Ann Pope of Mason City; her grandchildren, Amanda Frerichs (Mitch) of Klemme, Joel Wisner of Iowa City, Erin Bentley (Bart) of Rockford, IL, Wesley McElwee (Missy) of Vinton, Leah Francke (Mark) of Cedar Rapids and Lee Hefty (Jennifer) of Corwith; and her great grandchildren, Genesis, Kessara, Isaac Bentley, June, Owen and Mabel McElwee. She is also survived by five daughters, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
