She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford "Cliff" McKee and Marjorie "Marj" McKee (Jensen); her husband Elvin "Al" Toppin; and her sons, Bob Fulk and William "Billy" Fulk.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Fulk and James Fulk (Shawn); her grandchildren, Rob Fulk (Jordan) and Jennifer Fulk; her great grandchildren, Elaina, Eva, Hayzal Fulk and Kevin Vinsand; and her sister Betty Christensen.
