She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl "August" and Avis Johansen (Young) of Mason City, IA.; her husband Bennie Harms; and her siblings, Carol Johnson, Alan Walkner (Ronnie) and Glenn Johansen.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanette "Kay" Harms, Kim Laree Ballard (Les) and Hampton; her grandchildren, Jamie N. Schulte, Sarah R. Ballard and Joshua Ballard (Halie); her great grandchildren, Alexia, Elijah, Hunter, Haylie, Mykenzi, Emmylee, Owen, Roman and Oakleigh; her siblings, Jerelyn Johansen of Riverside, CA and Beverly Perez (Gerald) of Denver, CO; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Ewers, Larry Harms (Maxine), Ronnie Harms (Nancy), Jerry Harms (Marlene), Harry Harms (Barbara) and Gary Harms. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Masks are required to be worn and social distancing will be practiced.
