He was predeceased by: his parents, Daudell L. Billings and Fern Billings (Gallup); his wife Bonnie Witt; his son Bruce Billings; his sister Doris VerHelst (Don); and also, Edna Hallabrin and Harold (Gen Witt).
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Fink (Chuck); his grandsons, Justin Fink (Laura) and Nathan Fink (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Autumn Nicole Fink and Easton Charles Fink; and his brother-in-law Dale Witt.
