He is survived by: his daughters, Melodee and Elora; his wife Sarah; his sister-in-law Emily Kingery (Chris); his siblings, Kim Snyder, Jerry Birke and Billie Jo Birke; his mother Julie Gorder (Merlin); his stepmother Rita Birke; his nieces and nephews, Lane (Allie), Riley, Lily, Steven (Ashley), Crystal (Brannon), Emily (Maverick), Liz, Austin, Bobbi Jo, Alex and Blaine; and also, Clark Propst (Eileen), Val and Tony. He is also survived by the children born to his daughter's friends and loving his own cats and other's pets.
