He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frank and Josephine Frank (Aaron); his siblings, Ed Frank, Kit Stoner and Rose Portis (Walt); and his daughter Heather.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Jaeggi; his grandson Daulton; his brother-in-law Walt; and his children, Shirley Frank, Lori Shapley (Mark), Brenda Frank (Jerry), Jake Frank Jr. (Shawna), Dawn Frank (Brendt), Kandi Torres (Alfredo), Kimberly Rodman (Andrew) and Ronald Frank. He is also survived by grandchildren; one great grandchild; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended friends.
