It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Howard A. Reynolds of Mason City, Iowa, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlo Reynolds and Lola Reynolds (Hendrickson); and his siblings, Rex Reynolds, Nancy Haag and Marilyn Norcross.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Reynolds of Mason City; his children, Gary Reynolds (Barb) of Mason City, Jim Reynolds (Karla) of Ankeny and Cheri Thomazin (Cal) of Mason City; his grandchildren, Andy Reynolds (Chrissy), Amy Schmitt (Ben), Miranda Reynolds, Nick Reynolds (Ashley), Samantha Bray (Luke) and McKenzie Brekken (Jake); his sisters, Ardith Christian and Kathy Grant (Bob); and his sister-in-law Margaret Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great friends.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family and a charity will be established at a later time.
