She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Supalla and Emma Fritz Supalla. She is survived by: her husband Edward M. Chuck; her daughters, Marcellyn (late Ed), Cherrelyn Chuck Casey of Longmont and Gwendolyn Chuck Williams of Lakestde, MI; her sons-in-law, Robert Williams and Gary Rehder; and her great grandchildren, Carter, AJ and Everett Williams. She is also survived by one sister-in-law and her husband and many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be directed to MercyOne North Iowa Hospice.
