He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hemming and Betty Ione Dufoe Hemming; his brother Paul Hemming; and his brother-in-law Everett Gray. He is survived by: his sisters, Katherine A. Hemming of Pittsfield, Luann Gray of Christopher and Carol Jean Mattison (James) of Cedar Rapids; his nephew Benjamin Kenniker (Lori) of Chirstopher; his niece Jennifer Holmes (Jeff) of Cedar Rapids; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany Julis and Kyle Joy JulisHe.
