He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Garcia and Jesse Garcia (Orozco) of Mason City, IA.; his children, Frank Garcia Jr. (Tammy), Tim Garcia (Shawn) and Anne Moorehead (Kevin); his sister Mary Rick; and his wife Chloe Jean Garcia (Griffith). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
