She is survived by: her former husband Dennis Murphy; her husband Leo Strickland; her children, Shanna Murphy of Mason City, IA and Lester Murphy of Mason City, IA; her grandchildren, Stephanie Torres of Mason City, Jennifer Torres of Mason City, Mark Torres, Sr. of Mason City and Adam Murphy (Jaimee) of Waterloo, IA; her great grandchildren, Mark Torres, Jr., Abel Torres and Ava Anderson; her niece DeeDee Mead; her children, Marcus, Dominic and Avery; her sister Donna Herndon (Meyer) of Des Moines, IA; and her children, Tabatha, Brandy and Rachel.
