He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold B. Miner and Blanche Miner (Olson); his brother-in-law Nate Gunderson; and also, Dorlin and Mary Ann Crum.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughter Katie Koenigs (Evan Fenske) of Mason City; his grandchildren, Hannah and Ryan; his siblings, Mary Johnson (Dave), Dean Miner (Vicki), Darlene Gunderson and Harold "Shorty" Miner (Elin); and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
